Luke Fletcher is a senior leader with deep expertise in sustainable finance, climate risk and energy transition investing.
As a Director at Pollination, a specialist climate change investment and advisory firm, he acts as lead advisor in the development of climate transition strategies and roadmaps across financial, energy, and industrial sectors.
Having worked as a senior sustainability analyst in the investor research team at CDP, Luke developed methodology frameworks under TCFD and was lead author on a number of CDP's award-winning sector research reports.
Prior to this, Luke worked in the oil & gas industry as a Petroleum Engineer at BP across assets in Angola and an offshore rotation in the North Sea. Luke holds an MSci from Cambridge in Natural Sciences, specialising in Materials Science & Metallurgy.
